Has Ileostomy. Hot Flushes, Pins And Needles All Over Body, Uric Acid High. Reason?
I m asking on behalf of my brother who has an ileostomy. He s been having hot flushes followed by a pins and needles feeling all over his body. A recent blood test suggested that he has high levels of uric acid; he s been previously diagnosed with gout . What s causing the flushes/pins and needles? Can it be anxiety related?

Yes for sure, it is anxiety related. as for increase uric acid in the body can only cause pain at the legs especially at ankle joint and knees.
