Had Unprotected Sex. Vomiting, Ovary Pain, Headache, Diarrhea, Back Pain, Cramps, Bloating. Pregnancy?
Hi, i had my last period july,4 13 (im not in any birth control) on july 16 my partner and i were together and he forgot to pull out. I had pain on my left Ovary for about 8 hours on july 18 so im guessing that was ovoluation pain? On july 19 i had some vomiting but i contribute that from exercise and a lot of water also headaches from then to now. On july 21 i started with diarrhea out of no were and it lasted about a day and a half. From july 22 to now i've had backpain, cramps, bloating and some slightly sore boobs. Im due for my period around aug 1-4 since my period is usually 28-30 days apart. My question is does it sound like my period coming or early pregnancy signs?

The pain you had around the time of your ovulation is most likely due to ovulation, but the subsequent symptoms suggest some amount of a gastro-intestinal infection and this needs to be ruled out by seeing a health care professional. The symptoms do not necessarily relate to early pregnancy or onset of a cycle. You may wait for your period and go for a pregnancy test 3-7 days later if you miss it or if you want a better and earlier confirmation, go for a blood test now.
