Had Unprotected Sex. Irritation On The Penis, Wound Getting Bigger. Need Help
Hi. I am scared here. I had sex without protection like 2 weeks ago and then I had sex with protection a week ago, with two different girls, but it turns out that after the second encounter I felt some irritation on my Penis (right where the shaft meets the head) then a couple of days later I had a small open wound and now the wound is a bit bigger with some white skin-like edge. What is it and how can I get it away? Can you help me please?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Jay Patel's Response
Hi,
Based on information provided it seem like a infection, mostly syphilis as per the description of having an ulcer kind of wound.
Its an infection that can be treated by antibiotics , and will totally go away.
ADVICE : consult near by physician as soon as possible, it needs some investigation and once the infection is confirmed, he/she will prescribe appropriate antibiotic to treat it. Please avoid sex until it gets treated and get better.
