Had Unprotected Sex. Cut On Perineum, Stings When Urinating. Appetite Loss, Tiredness

Hello i need some help!I had unprotected sex with my ex boyfriend and about three days ago i noticed a small vertical cut on my perineum and it stings when i go pee because its hitting the cut. I also have an anal fissure at the same time. Im not sure if that could have cause the cut on my perineum but i dread to go to the bathroom because its so painful. Im having loss of appetite and have been feeling depressed since i read online that it could be herpes. So now im drowsy and very tired through out the day. I went to the ER to get it check out but the doctor said there is now way it could be herpes and sent me home with antibiotics to relieve the pain.
I am very confused and need some advice please!

The most likely cause could simply be rough sexual intercourse, and it is unlikely to be herpes.

What is important now is to prevent the region from getting infected, which is why the doctor has advised antibiotics and this should certainly help. You may rrquest your doctor later on for a STD profile, and get checked for herpes just to put your mind at ease.

Thanks for query on HCM.
This type of cut usually occurs during forceful.rough unprotected sex.
Take proper local care.
Clean it with anti septic liquid,dry it with clean towel and apply antibiotic cream like clindamycin,fusidic acid.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Avoid tight under garment.
Oral nsaid will be helpful to subside pain,inflammation.
Take antibiotic to subside infection like cefixime,moxifloxacin.
It will be healed within 5 to 7 days.
Anal fissure requires surgical treatment.
