Had Sharp Pain, Runny Stool. What Could Be The Cause?

Ive had a sharp pain in my left teste for the past week for no reason. The pain is directly on the bottom of the left, but its strictly the left. Ive also noticed my stool has been extra runny and partially bloody when I clean myself. im 22, 210lbs, dont take any medicine except cannabis right before bed to sleep at night. Any ideas why?

You need to be examined by your doctor to rule out any infection and swelling of the testis. The blood in stools can be secondary to hemorrhoids/anal fissure ,a proctoscopy will help diagnose this.The diarrhea may be due to infection of the intestines,viral/bacterial ecked.infection which needs to be ch
