Had Miscarriage, Missed Abortion. Done Semen Analysis, Done Follicular Study, HSG Test. On Clomid. Why Am I Spotting?
Hi Ma'am.
I am Tanu and i'm 29 yrs old. I had a miscarriage followed by missed abortion by D&C (done on 26th March 2012), 1.5 yrs ago. The reason is unknown. Till now i couldn't conceive. In between, i had
1. HSG test which shows normal study with both my tubes open.
2. EB test which shows normal study.
3. My husband has semen analysis, and it has normal count.
4. Our Doctor did follicular study on me, 6 months back, followed by adminstration of Clomid and all. But no result.
5. I also experiece mid cycle spotting (about 10th day of my regular 29 day cycle) which lasts for about 48 hrs. I am experiencing mid cycle spotting since last yr, only. Doctor says i am absolutely fine and fertile. Now she has administered Endogest 200 twice a day from 14th day onward, for 15 days.
I wanted to know is-
1. Will high dose of progesterone sustain my pregnancy, in case, if i conceive?
2. If i am fertile and everything is okay with us then where it is going wrong?
3. I also had Rubella vaccination done on June 2012, and hormone test done on dec 2011 which shows normal study. Then where is it going wrong? Should i do hormone test again?
4. There is no history of infertility from my paternal or maternal side, neither is the case with my husband. Then, can there be any cases of genetic disorder?
What should i do now? Please help.

Answer according to question.
1 Yes , I you conceive progesterone will sustain the pregnancy until & unless ,there are no major disorder .
2 It might happen that follicle don't mature , if mature don't burst & no ovulation .
3 Yes , hormone test is necessary for further study.
4 This is not a genetic disorder as you already pregnant ( as miscarriage happened).
