Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
It would have been more easy to comment if you had started the date you saw your menses in January, however, early
pregnancy symptoms include
morning sickness,
frequent urination, mood swings, increase food intake, tender and swollen breast etc. These symptoms can appear as early as three weeks after conception but however should be confirmed by a positive pregnancy test.
The period following the January period sounds as though an implantational bleeding which is usually lighter, pinkish red, small in quantity and duration and some times accompanied by crampy abdominal pains occurring within one week before or after the expected date of menses.
Pregnancy test done too early or before missing the next menses could give a false negative results. So, what i will advise you to do is to calm down, avoiding being
stress up and retake the pregnancy test in a weeks time.
Best regards and hope this helps you.
