Had Abortion Through Pills, Ultrasound Shows Irregularities In Endometrium Layer. Worry? Surgical Method?

Hi I had a abortion through pills .....I had bleed till 5 days then it was stop till 3 days.....after the 3rd day I had a brown discharge through vagina ....the when I go through ulthrousand somethng I seen irregularities in my endometrium layer....is there any wory to take about thz or it is dangerous to me...is thz need surgical method

Hello,
If there is no active bleeding then you need not worry. The irregularities in the endometrium layer, is possible just after a abortion. You can repeat the ultrasound after 3 weeks of the abortion. If similar changes are seen, it could be due to blood clots.However, without any active bleeding, it should resolve on its own.
