Had A Surgery For TURP. Feeling Well And Not Passing Blood In Urine. When Can I Resume Activity At Gym?

Hi, I am normally a fit and active male, 63 years old. Last Wednesday I had a TURP and was released from hospital on Saturday, following the operation. I feel very well and wondered when it would be ok to resume activety at my local gym? I currently and not passing any blood in my urine and have not being so for the last 2 days.

U HAD TURP JUST LAST WEEK, SO RELAX... U CAN JUST RESUME UR ROUTINE WORK.
AVOID GYM FOR TIME BEING, MAYBE FOR 1- 3 MONTHS. THEN CONSULT UR DR. THEN CAN START GYMING..
