Hi,

welcome to HCM,

The dose of Eltroxin is generally adjusted as per the TSH levels. you should be tested for TSH,T3,T4 every 3 months. the target levels for TSH level should be between 0.5 to 3.5. the eltroxin dose is will be adjusted depending on this values only.
but your thyroid profile appears to be under normal limits only. so there is no need to change the present dose. Also your serum cholesterol is normal, the maximum upper limit for the serum cholesterol is 250.

Hi Sharan,
You are known case of hypothyroidism and taking thyroxine supplementation, I am happy as you are taking the treatment regularly.

Your recent thyroid function report is showing T4 level at upper level of normal range and you are taking 100 microgram 6 days a week.

You should visit your Endocrinologist/Physician and after clinical examination it may be possible to reduce the dose of Eltroxin for some time and you must understand this supplementation is often lifelong.

Your weight is 66 kg for 5'7'' it is in normal range you should take care of physical exercise and take care of diet for cholesterol get complete lipid profile and if required your doctor may use statin along with diet and exercise.

Usually correction of hypothyroidism also corrects cholesterol level.
Hope this information is useful to you.

Take care.
Good Luck.
