Frequent Urination Urge While Sitting. What Could This Be?

I seem to only have frequent urination while sitting. I have noticed if I lean forward or stand and stay on my feet the urges and frequency decreases. I've been to numerous doctors and no one seems to be able to help. What could this be? A side not I always seem to pull muscles easily I am told. Especially in the groin and side areas. I mention this because I do not know if this is another symptom of my issue or not. I am desperate for answers but do not know what else to do. Do you have any advise?

Welcome to HCM!

This seems like you are having a urinary bladder stone.
But this needs to be confirmed with investigations- USG KUB, X-ray KUB,
RFT, Sr. uric acid, Urine (R & M).
Till then you may take solifenacin with your Urologist's opinion.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.

General & Family Physician Dr. Luchuo Engelbert Bain's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,

I strongly think this should be a problem with the pelvic floor. The opinion of a urologist in this case is advised. Strengthening of the pelvic can be obtained either through physiotherapy or surgery depending on the case.

Consult your urologist for a proper evaluation and management. Thanks and kind regards.
