If you are menstruating regularly, you need not think you are pregnant. Otherwise, the best thing to do at present is to undergo a pelvic sonogram to visualize what is inside. If there is a pregnancy, considering the duration of your symptoms, you would definitely find a fetus and this would solve the matter. Absence of a fetus or gestation sac and negative blood test for pregnancy conclusively rule out pregnancy. It so happens when one wishes for a pregnancy so badly, that all the symptoms are feigned, a condition called 'Pseudocyesis.' This should be ruled out in your case. Hope this helps.
