Fluid Buildup Below Ear, Neck Pain. Taken Naproxen. Bubble Inside Lip

I seem to have fluid buildup just below my right ear in my neck. When it started, I thought it was pain caused by my wisdom tooth. Now I feel the stretched skin a day later. It seemed to have gone down some after taking some naproxen/psuedoephedrine, but now I randomly got a bubble inside my lip as if a water balloon was filled too full and it flowed to make a bubble in my bottom lip.
