First Time Intercourse, Bleeding, Stomach And Back Pain. Suggest Medicine?
Hi, my name is zach and me and my girlfriend had sex for the second time and I was her first. And she said right when she left my house (30 min after intercourse) she said she started feeling sick. She told me she was throwing up blood and bleeding from her vagina . She said shes still throwing up and bleeding and its the day after intercourse. She also said she has a headache and her stomache and back hurt real bad! Please help.
Bleeding in first time sexual intercourse is quite common & it is due to rupture of hymen. Usually bleeding is mild and stopped automatically in 2-3 days when it is healed up. Consult with her gynecologist if bleeding continues beyond 3 days. Here, local injury or trauma may be needed to rule out.
For stomach cramp, she may take some anti spasmodic medication like drotaverine. Take balanced diet, drink more water/ fluid, avoid stress/ mental upset, maintain genital hygiene properly and need a sound sleep.
Practice safe sex by using safe period/Em Pill/Condom etc to avoid unwanted pregnancy & vaginal bleeding. For more consultation, you may visit on http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-soumen-patra/63326.
Be well & take care.
