First Period After Miscarriage Is Due, Had Unprotected Sex. Should I Take A Pill To Avoid Pregnancy ?

Hi, I had a miscarriage recently. bleeding stopped around 2 weeks back. i got myself checked with a doctor and everything is normal per him.my first period after miscarriage is still due and i had unprotected sex around 24 hours back. i am concerned now if I should take a contraceptive pill to avoid the pregnancy . is there any medication that i can get over the counter

there is nothing to worry ,as you did not have your periods there won't be ovulation to get pregnant!! n for having unprotected sex you may get infection as you recently had just 2 weeks of your miscarriage..if there is any kind of discharge or burning micturation ,kindly visit a gynecologist..
