Firm And Enlarged Testicle After Sex Or Lot Of Physical Activity. No Pain Or Discomfort. Clear, Water, Cloudy Semen. Are Both Related To Each Other?

Hi, I have two questions. 1) My boyfriend has an enlarged testicle about as round as my palm, and it's firm. It is usually like this either during, or right after sex or if he does a lot of activity throughout the day. He claims no pain or discomfort. His other testicle compared to the larger one looks actually smaller in size. Unusually small. He eats healthy and works out daily. 2) His semen is more of a clear, watery, and almost cloudy instead of white and thick. I have read that this can be caused by ejaculating frequently, but frequency varies depending on the person, We have sex 2-3 times a week depending on his schedule. Could his semen color and his enlargement be related? And is it normal for this to happen to men?

Your boy friend had an enlarged testis on one side, no pain, increases in size after exertion.
It appears to be the inguinal hernia the intestines come out into the scrotal sac on exertion, and goes in side when at rest.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. It needs to be operated and the whole is repaired with tissues or a mesh to prevent recurance. If not operated it may be strangulated and emergency operation should be performed.
