Testes Pain. Ultrasound Shows Varicose Veins. Can Ejaculate Only From One Testicle

pain in the right testes. Blood test and Ultrasound is normal. Ultra sound report says may be mild case of varicose veins . No signs of infection according to the Ultrasound technician/ doctor. i disagree because I feel i have blocked semen tube, because i could ejaculate only from my left testicle , not right . Pain is more after Sex before right testicle is not draining the semen.

Hi
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
It is hard to say even to medical professional from which testis one is ejaculating.
The reason is the ejaculate joins the common stream at the level of proximal urethra.
SO, IT IS better to tackle the varicocele to see if things get better.
Wishing you good health
Regards
DR GS
