Fell On Butt, Hurts. What Type Of Injury Do You Think It Is??
i fell on my butt while playing soccer in snow...it hurts when i sprint, jump, do certain type of glute stretches and and i cant even do lunges or sumo squats...its been 5 weeks.. i iced it in the beggining and took a week off..
but then I started playing and working out again and realized that the pain was still there..it does not hurt if you press on that spot.. what type of injury do you think it is??
