Fell On Arms. Left Arm Pains From Elbow To Top. What Is It?

I fell in 2011 and I used my arms to catch myself and I was having aching pain in my left arm but only when I used it to prop my head up at my desk, and a week ago I fell down the steps in my apartment and the aching in my left arm is really severe, mostly in the upper part of my arm, the elbow and up. It aches really bad. Do you know what this could be?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Pain in your left arm seems to be due to muscle strain. Avoid lifting weight and not to do exercises that involves painful muscles. Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxants gel will be helpful. If the pain persists beside this, get it evaluated by your doctor.
Hope this will helps you.
