Fell Down And Hurt Left Leg, Hip Joint And Lower Body. Painful, Pain Increases He Moves

Dear sir my grandfather fell yesterday in the bathroom and after that he has had constant pain in his left leg, left hip joint & lower body. The pain is such that we try to move pain increases however when he lays straight he feels comfort. Please help me what should I do. We cant even take him to hospital for X-ray but we believe that he may have suffered a hair line fracture

He should be taken to Er and screening xrays should be done for bone injuries if any.Suitable splinting or immobilization should be done along with pain killers and anti-inflammatory.
