Feeling nausea, dizziness and bloating. Need medication for stomach problem

I have been feeling unwell for a few weeks now. I keep feeling bloated, dizzy and nauseous in the mornings and throughout the day. I went to a doctor and had blood tests and nothing came back. I was told there was something wrong with my right ear, which would cause the dizziness . However I wasn t told what could be done about the nausea and stomach upset. I am a student so I cant afford to keep going back to the doctor. If you could help that would be great.

Hi Ethan,
Thanks for posting your query.
You may be suffering from acidity problem or gastroenteritis.
You should go for endoscopy and if it normal then you should go for complete antibiotic course.
You should also consult with physician / gastro-physician.
Get well soon,
