Feeling Faint, Weak, Sick, Throwing Up After Having Wine. All Tests Normal. Possible Reason?

I am a 38 year old female. I have had 6 episodes of feeling faint, weak, and sick. Within a 5 week period. Only 1 time I threw up. The only thing I can link with them was having a glass of wine or a few drinks the night before. One day went to emerg. and they test heart blood etc. always perfectly fine. If it is the alcohol why now I have drank a lot more before in my past and have been fine for years.

Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You had 6 episodes of feeling faint, sick and weak with in a 5 week period. You are assuming that it might be due to alcohol. In ER all tests came normal.
From available information I can tell you that faintness, feeling sick and weak may be due to a number of reasons.
It may be due to hypotension or decreased Blood Pressure. Due to decreased BP blood supply to brain decreases and faintness occur. Some times even individual falls. After having alcohol on night before predisposes to hypotension. Although you drank a lot before but it can happen any time. Your age is also 38, so get your Blood Pressure checked.
Second it may be a type of seizure. Any seizure can present with faintness, weakness and fall. If BP and all come normal then visit a neurologist for evaluation of any seizure activity in brain.
To avoid this don't get up from bed immediately in morning, instead sit on bed with legs hanging for 5 minutes and then stand up. This will help you a lot.

Thanks
