Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You are having multiple weird symptoms related to different systems of the body. Such symptoms are difficult to explain by medical illness but such symptoms are common in anxiety and depression.

Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness (weird sensations), hot and cold sensations, headache, dizziness , tremors (shakiness) etc.

You are having thyroid problem, which increases chances of developing anxiety. Get reevaluation of thyroid function tests (T3/T4/TSH).

For long term control of anxiety following measures are helpful: relaxation exercise, medicines like SSRIs and non drug treatment like CBT. It is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist and start treatment accordingly.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
