Feeling Depressed, Suicide Attempts, Not Able To Concentrate After A Relationship Failure. Headaches And Frequent Fever. Advice?

hi Doc, I'm an 18 years old girl. i recently had a breakup with the first guy in my life.I loved him even though he hurt me a lot emotionally.i JUST cried over him a lot since the past 2 months, i've been depressed,i went as far as cutting my wrists :( he knew it yet he treated me like rubish. I finally blocked him off my facebook, i deleted all our texts that i would keep reading and crying over.Now i feel tired all the time, cant concentrate on my studies,i have a fever on and off.. i dont have cough, or any thing else. but sometimes a stuffy nose, frequent headaches & mild fever on and off ever second day since the breakup.What do i do :(

It is usual to have adjustment problem with depressive symptoms, after separation from your loved one. But considering severity of your symptoms you appear to have depression. With time and treatment your problem will solve.

Following steps will help you:
-Get help of nearby psychiatrist/psychologist
-Ventilate your feeling to some close family member or therapist.
-You need to accept reality in present and look forward in life.
-Focus on your routine
-Take healthy diet and proper sleep.
-Avoid any substance use.
-Relaxation exercise like daily brisk walk, yoga and breathing exercise
