Extreme Vaginal Pain, BV. Treated With Antibiotics, Now Intense Itching, White Discharge. Negative STDs. What's Happening ?

Hello, Dr. Just had annual exam. Negative for all STDs, HIV and Hep. Having extreme vaginal pain, labeled as BV due to abnormal pH changes from medicine. Treated for 5 days with topical antibiotic. Within 2 days of finishing metro gel vaginal, severe crystalline pain following urination. Finished 5 days of bactrim DS. Now, could claw my vagina out, because the itch is so intense. Heavy white/gray thick discharge. Using monistat, but not help diffuse tiny bumps all over inner folds and lips. What in the world is going on?

the symptoms you have mentioned are closely in relation with herpes.You must go for checkup once again as you didnt mebtioned that when you took those tets before or after the symptoms we dont knoq but its also good to ule out std obce again as there are clear signs of that.Some times simple yeast infection may also cause same symptoms and the red bumps may be due to scratching due to severe itching.Anti fungal agents may be need to treat such type of condition so consult your doctor for clear examination before prescribing drugs.Thank you.
