Experiencing Pain In Right Armpit, Elbow, Breast, Thumb Feels Numb. What Could This Be?

I have been experiencing pain in my right arm for a week, it is painful in my right armpit and more so in my elbow. It radiates from my armpit down the inside of my arm and causes pain in my right breast, making my chest feel tight. It then radiates down to my right hand where my little finger and moving towards my thumb feel numb. It is very painful lifting anything and when relaxed becomes more comfortable. There is no evidence of inflammation or lumps palpable.

Hi,
You have not mentioned your age.
If you are elderly then there is chances of having Cervical spondilitis.
If you are young then there might be having some infection in armpit or some lymph node enlargement giving you pressure symptoms
Chances of having extra cervical rib is to be ruled out as well. X-ray of cervical region will help to give some conclusion about your problem
Ok and take care.
