Hello and welcome to HCM,
I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.

I understand your problem. The nausea and vomiting may be due to use of medicines [ if you are using any], dizziness may be due to anemia and weakness, but it is not usual to have bad dreams after laparoscopy.

So I suggest that you inform this to your doctor. Please stop any narcotic analgesics and switch to simple ones if possible.
Also try some light personal work, light exercise like moving about in the room so that you will get adequate sleep. Also follow a balanced diet. Include soups, carrots, green vegetables and proteins in the diet to help in early recovery. A hemoglobin test will help detect anemia if any and begin treatment accordingly.
Hope this was helpful.
Feel free to ask any further queries and I will be happy to help.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
