I have having the urge to urinate and there is pain associated with going to the bathroom. The last 3 days there is blood in the urine and when I wipe but after 2-3 hours the blood goes away as well as some of the pain. I took a clean catch this morning and there was a small blood clot in it and the urine was dark. New Years Eve I woke with the same problem and went to urgent care and they said they didn't see any blood in the urine test (but there was lots of blood and pain in the morning). They said I had a UTI due to the symptoms and put me on antibotics.
