Hello, welcome . I am able to guess the difficulty managing all these symptoms together. From the description of your symptoms, it shows that there is a primary ENT problem. It can be a sinus inflammation causing a post nasal dripping which may lead to the cough and throat pain. It can also be the culprit behind the headache and the ear discomfort. I would recommend you to meet an ENT physician who would examine you and might need an x ray of the sinuses and if necessary a nasal endoscopy. Whatever it is, the site of pathology can be found out and treated to offer you relief from this. Hope you get better soon! Take care!
