Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vitamin B 12 deficiency usually leads to anemia and symptoms associated with anemia like tiredness, lethargy, weakness etc.
Neuronal disorders can also be associated with deficiency of vitamin B 12 deficiency.
The symptoms that you have mentioned- nervousness, light headedness can be due to deficiency of vitamin B 12.
Thus, vitamin B 12 supplements are required to recover the vitamin b 12 deficiency.

Thanks and take care
