Does Torsion Of Testicles Affect My Fertility?

Three years ago I had torsion of the testicles which was fixed through an opertion. I have 2 cysts on my right testicle, one of which is now causing minor torsions which can be fixed by hand according to my doctor. This is causing me a lot of pain and discomfort but have been referred to a urologist. Will this affect my fertility?

Its better to get it evaluated and a scrotal evaluation with ultrasound and if required go for a scrotal exploration and excision of the cyst. It will not resolve on its own and surgical intervention is required. If it just the torsion of the cyst, then no problem with the fertility but, torsion testis may result in atrophy of the testis and later decreased fertility.
