Hi Doctor, My son is 7 years old. His weight is 26 kg and height is 134cm. he is getting very high fever around 103 degree fareinheit. My doctor prescribed him ibugesic syrup along with crocin DS. He told to give ibugegic if the fever is not coming down after giving crocin. I have heard and read that ibugesic has side effects on kidney. is it true? is it safe to give him the ibugesic if the fever is not coming down. Please advice.
