Hello and welcome to HCM, The two tests reports that you have mentioned are liver enzymes- SGOT and SGPT. These two enzymes are elevated in case of any injury to the liver cells (hepatocytes). The normal range for both the enzymes is below 40 IU/dl. The value of both these enzymes is within normal range. Thus, there is no damage to the liver cells. The cause of stomach ache has to be found out. Infection, gastritis, reflux disease are more common cause of recurrent stomach ache. You need to consult gastro-enterologist for further work up.
