Does Stomach Stomach Virus Suggest Bronchitis Or Pneumonia?

I am 43, recently had all blood work done and results were excellent on the scale for heart attack i was below well below the average for someone to have a heart attack, i had gastric bypass 1 1/2 years ago hit a plateau but feel great am about 225Lbs i had a stomach virus a few weeks back or ate bad eggs still undetermined, and had this really dry hack of a cough, havent felt good for weeks then yesterday the cough seemed to worsen and when i cough i get shooting pains down my left arm severe shooting pains i just worry its pneumonia or bronchitis

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -GERD post-Stomach Flue- with dry hack of a cough.
Hence -Its definitely not from pneumonia and bronchitis-as otherwise- mucus would have accompanied -in brown and white colour -respectively.
Also as no fever is accompanied,this dry hack is from esophagitis with acid reflux, developed from stomach gastritis -post-Gastric flue.

Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
