OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

These symptoms can be seen after sexual intercourse and are quite normal, but you have missed your periods as well so I think you have entered the perimenopausal stage in which a woman experiences these symptoms (as you have described in your question) due to hormonal changes in the body. I suggest you go for USG abdomen/pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
