Does Ovarian Cyst Cause Irregular Periods?

I want to just get out of this matter of ovarian cysts..coz m getting irregular periods and because of this m getting fatter and fatter day by day and my mom is in tension coz it may cause infertility in my future after mariage. Obesity is the major cause nd tension and depression..

I understand your concern. Your irregular periods and your weight gain could be connected with policystic ovarie syndrome. My suggestion is to visit your gynecologist, because it is necesser to treat this condition in young women because it could lead to infertility problems. Your doctor will do tests and after that probably give you some oral contraceptives which are used for this condition.
