General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe your son had fever, and the blood test says S Typhi-O is 1:!60, Means he had typhoid fever of S typhi-O type, and the other type of typhoid organisms are absent.
Means the fever is typhoid, and to be treated in that lines.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, cifixime, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
