Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Methamphetamines can induce visual hallucinations but are not known to cause any damage to vision as such unless severe methamphetamine toxicity has caused stroke involving visual area in the Occipital (visual) cortex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
