Does Masturbation Cause Epididymitis?

I am having pain in my left testicle. I had excessively masturbated before it began. And I still continue to masturbate. Went to the local doctor today and he did a quick urine check and said he found traces of blood in urine. Can I continue to masturbate. Also, Can masturbation cause epididymitis, as i had it last year (it was diagnosed on basis of ultrasound). I am a virgin and 23 yrs old. Also, I have only the left testicle as the right one was removed because it was small and undescended.

It is possible that the left testicle is enlarged and painful due to ''compensatory hypertrophy '' as you are having it one only; you are 23 - young and our requirement has to be met.

The blood in the urine can be due to stone, urinary tract infection, prostatitis.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the scrotum with the color doppler will help for the diagnosis.

You can continue masturbation and 3 times in one week is absolutely physiological for your age.
Avoid during pain, and try avoid till you are well diagnose and well treated.
