Does masturbation cause contraction of leg and arm muscles and weight loss ?

Hi my name is Rob, my age is 19, i had been doing matsurbating for the last 3 years. my weight is 45, and my height is 6 ft. I have left matsurbating but my weight is not increasing and my arms and leg muscles have contracted and the appear very weak. I feel very shame if i wear t-shirts... i want to know if i could decontract my arm and leg muscles with some medicines of exercises, and increase my weight. Thanx.
