Does Lymph Node Cause Swelling On Thigh?

I have a swelling on my upper thigh, at the very top of the thigh. It is on both sides, about 1 inch high and 3 inches wide. It is soft, like a fatty tissue feeling. It has been there for 1 week with no change. There is no pain. Could this be a lymph node? Should I be concerned? I am a 70 year old male.

It is most likely a lymph node swelling. You need not worry about it if there are no other symptoms. Are there any infections or painful lesions on your feet or legs? Do let me know. Take care.
