Does Head Injury And Dryness Can Cause Nose Bleeding ?
my seven year old got hit on the head during her recess nothing happened then as it was just a little hurt .but next day her nose started bleeding but the bleeding was controlled now i am worried is it due to dryness in nose or due to her very minor head injury

most common cause of nasal bleeding in childhood is nasal piciking.in my opinion in dry climate especially summer, nasal secrections dries up and kids have tendency to remove dried crusts.better to have a visit with ent surgeon for evalauation.
