General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The condition of the colon can be related with a nose bleed in various directions as

- immunologic associations with HLA subtypes affecting colon pathology and coagulation pathway
- secondary disturbances with the coagulation factors through colon issue
- systemic effect of certain medications used for treating the colon problem as steroids or other immune modulators.

A thorough case study is mandatory to proceed further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
