hi i am a 32 year old female and have two children( vaginal delivery). have been going to the gym for the past one year now and have lost around 25 kgs. got in good shape even from my abdominal area. just that since the last two months there seems to be only a bulging tummy. no weight gain, still working out. a lilttle munching (rare though) but a considerable increase in masturbation as my partner has been traveling since a long time now. can masturbating so frequently be responsible in tummy fat? please advise.
