What's going on?
I feel like im constantly nauseated, especially when im not eating something and my lower back hurts. Im having dull cramps where you would feel period cramps but they don't feel like period cramps, also my breasts arte hurting and one is burning. The left one only hurts in one spot, since I had and breastfed my first baby I have noticed when I get breast pain it only in a certain spot not my whole breast. I am actively ttc so could I be pregnant? My last period was july 29 I started spotting that day them the 30th started a medium flow and same for the next day but the two days after were just brown spotting, very unusual for me, usually I start with a medium flow that lasts for 3 days then after I have one maybe 2 days of spotting. Could I be pregnant?
