Hello,

The chest muscles of an overweight person tend to sag a little and that is never gynecomastia. Continuous exercise and chest muscle tightening exercises are the best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr K. V. Anand, Psychologist
