Does Big Wheel Of Cheese Causes Food Poisoning With Vomiting?

I ve had a stomach ache since Monday am. I vomit every morning and need to lay down most of the day. I did buy a big wheel of cheese last month and ate several pieces on Sunday. Is this food poisoning? I have very loose bowel movements and still feel nauseous.
