Does acidity cause back and chest pain ?

Hi doctor , i am 28 years old. I have the acidity problem and some times i was suffering from the back pain and chest pain . My regular life style is working on computers. Is the acidity cause for this pain or something else ?

Your back pain is due to continuos sitting on chair with improper position.
Use full back seat with proper back support.
Acidity can cause chest pain.Avoid oily,spicy junk food ,take more liquids,water.
Take high fibre diet like fruits and vegetable.Avoid red or green chilly in your diet.
Start exercise regularly.
Consult physician for better medical management.
