Does Thyronorm Cause Stomach Upset During Pregnancy?

dear doctor , I am a pregnant lady ( 6weeks 4days). I have hypoyhyroidism and taking Thyronorm 100mcg, now i suffer from severe stomach upset and my doctor prescribed me metrogyl 400. my query is whether Thyronorm have any connection with this stomach upset. Do I reduce the dosage of Thyronorm ? (TSH is 1.06)

Thyronorm can cause diarrhea. I think dose reduction is needed. But do consult your doctor before that.
Taking antibiotics (metrogyl) in first trimester of pregnancy is only advised if its severe infective diarrhea.
Take plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration due to diarrhea.
Go for stool examination to know if its infective diarrhea.
Thyronorm induced diarrhea will resolve itself once the dose is reduced.
