Do Not Have Erections Or Libido. Semen Analysis Shows Low Normal Sperm Count With Reduced Motility. What Is Wrong?

I am 36 years old. Never had normal sexual functions (meaning no libido, no erections, erection achieved with difficulty and only manually). During my teens never had erections, the first time I got an erection was when I was in my twenties. My genitals are very small, penis is childish size when flaccid and 5,5 inches when erect. Testicles measure 12 ml. Otherwise I am very masculine. Recently I have done some endocrionological tests (too late but no-one had previously referred me to an endocrinologist). Testosterone is normal, but very low Inhibin B at 77 ng/l, and high FSH at 14 mIU/ml. Semen analysis showed low normal sperm count with reduced motility. What could be wrong with me? I have even started reading about genetic disorders that could be causing my symptoms. Please help. In my country doctors are not sure.

Hello.Low levels of inhibin b with high levels of FSH means that you suffer from primary testicular failure.Low levels of inhibin b determine the size of
testicles and sperm production. The erection and libido are dependent on testosterone. You must go to the endocrinologist. He will examine you and will decide possible treatments for your primary testicular failure.
I wish you good health.
